How can I become a consignor?
What is the return/exchange policy?
We do not accept returns. You have 14 days to exchange an item from the day you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in its original packaging, and unused. For more information, please refer to our SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY.
Do you refund return delivery charges if I return an item?
Shipping costs are not covered by RCHIVE and are therefore non-refundable.

Where is my order?
Tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to see the status of your item. You can also track the status of your order HERE.
What are my delivery options?
There are various couriers available to your service at the checkout page. Within Canada, we generally recommend Purolator or UPS as these companies tend to be the most cost efficient.

I’ve received an incorrect/faulty item, what should I do?
First things first, we apologize for the inconvenience.
To initiate the return of an incorrect/faulty item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team members will make sure to assist you as soon as possible.
I’m missing an item from my order, what should I do?
We are working hard to make sure your order is packaged correctly and sent out on time. However if an item is missing, please contact email@example.com and one of our team members will make sure to assist you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you did not receive an email that your item has been shipped and would like to cancel your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team members will make sure to assist you as soon as possible.
You can also track your order status on your account. If your item has not been shipped, you will have the option of cancelling your order.
Do you have a size chart?
We do not yet have a size chart as each item is unique and varies in measurements, however we are working vigorously to implement a size chart and will be available in the near future at your convenience.

How do I know when items will be restocked?
If an item of your interest is sold out, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the name and size of the item and one of our team members will be happy to update you on the restock of an item.
How do I know if a piece will fit me?
Refer to product details for description of the fit of the item. If you are still unsure about how an item will fit, please contact email@example.com with the name of the item and one of our team members would be happy to answer any questions to ensure you are making the right purchase.
How do I place an order?
Add an item to cart.
Review the shopping cart and if applicable apply coupon code.
Proceed to checkout.
Enter your billing and shipping address.
Select from delivery options.
Input payment information or checkout with PayPal.
Track your order status on your account.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa/Mastercard Debit and Paypal.
Please note, we do not currently accept payments by cheque, by phone or Apple Pay.
How can I purchase an RCHIVE gift card/voucher?
Unfortunately, we do not offer RCHIVE gift cards at this moment. This option will become available in the near future at your convenience.
Can you tell me about your online security policy?
How long does it take to become a consignor?
The full consignment process normally takes 5-10 business days before the items are in RCHIVE’s possession and ready for sale. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is started. For more information on our consignment process, please visit our consign page.
Does RCHIVE pay shipping for items they’re considering for consignment?
Yes, we assume all shipping expenses for your goods.
Please note that if your items are deemed counterfeit you will be required to reimburse the shipping expenses. For more information, please visit our consign page.
What is the return on consignment?
Consignees can earn up to 85% value of their goods depending on exclusivity, popularity etc. Once our experts authenticate your items, you will receive an email with a quote of the value of your items and your percentage of return.

How are my items valued?
We use data from the vast online database of items sold to set prices according to designer, item type, age, condition and current market demand. For more information, please visit our consign page.
How does RCHIVE authenticate their items?
Our items undergo a thorough examination process where our experts look specifically at the stitching, typography, hardware, authenticity stamp, materials, serial code and craftsmanship, to verify they are up to the manufacturers’ standards.

I have concerns about my purchase’s authenticity, what should I do?

Will I be charged duty fees?
RCHIVE is a Toronto-based company and thus Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duty fees upon delivery.
