A place where members can connect through fashion. Our platform encourages interaction and opinion. Our purpose is to extend the life of every piece that enters our club. Members can buy, pull and consign our pieces.

What is your authentication process?
Every piece that enters our club must meet our precise criteria.
Each item undergoes an authentication process where our experts look at the stitching, typography, hardware, authenticity stamp, materials, serial code, and craftsmanship, verifying they are up to the manufacturer’s standards.
Our authentication experts receive frequent training to stay up to date with the latest developments of brands!
What is private shopping?
RCHIVE club members have try-on access to our entire collection. Simply add items to your wishlist and book your private shopping appointment to try on your favourite pieces at our studio.

What is your consignment process?
We have a simple 4 step process for members to consign with us

What items do you accept?
We accept women and men's fashion and accessories as well as decor and art pieces. Item must meet our condition standards. We encourage you to email us photos of your hidden gems as we do accept a wide variety of brands and styles.
How much can I earn?
You can earn up to 85% of the selling price of your items.
Once your items are authenticated, you will recieve an email with a quote of the listing price and a percentage of return on your items.
How are my items priced?
We use data from the vast database of items sold online to set prices according to designer, item type, age, condition, and current market demand.
How do I get paid?
You can receive payments by EMT, cheque, or store credit (+5%) after your item sells. If you have further questions regarding your commission payment, email us at email@example.com

When will I receive my order?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order is processed, the following business day we pack it, and dispatch it. You will receive an email notification containing your tracking information and delivery date. Please note that standard delivery of 2-3 business days are estimates and may vary.

When will you ship out my order?
Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 2pm ET will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
What's my order status?
You can refer to the tracking number you received in your email. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact ushere.
Do you offer in-store pick up for online orders?
Yes, When placing an order, you can avoid shipping costs by simply choosing in-store pick up as your delivery option!
Same-day pickup is available on all orders placed before 4pm.
Orders will be ready for pick up within 2 hours.
Orders placed after 4pm local time will be available for pick up the next day.
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with instructions to ensure a simple pick-up experience.
What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can request a return here. You have 7 days to request a return from the time you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in it's original packaging and unused.
You can return the item(s) in club for free, or ship it at your own cost.

How can I return an item?
To return an item, sign in to your account, edit order, and request a return on the item(s). You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your return request.
Once we confirm the return, you will have the choice of dropping it off to our club for free, or ship it to our location at your cost.
What items are not eligible for return?
Items received after 14 days of shipment date, or with authenticity tag missing, or not in original condition are not eligible for return. The following items are not eligible for return: handbags, swimwear and sale items. We will return these items to you. Sale items are not eligible for return.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the return package is received and accepted, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider.
To ensure your refund process runs smoothly, it must meet the conditions of our return policy
Will duties and shipping costs be refunded on returns?
The original duty and shipping costs will not be refunded. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs office or courier directly.
